The application of high-pressure dewatering technology in the municipal domestic sludgedewatering industry reduces the moisture content of the filter cake to the lowest level that meets thestandards for landfill and incineration (with municipal sludge achieving a moisture content of 35%-60%). Compared to traditional dewatering equipment, it achieves sludge reduction treatment.The dehydration system can achieve automated operation, and can be equipped with filter cakeauxiliary discharge system, filter cloth online flushing system, and automatic valve instrument, etc..which can achieve unmanned operation.

1. There are adopted Low pressure filtration and high pressure pressing, which are more efficient than traditional filter presses, greatly shortening the entire filtering cycle.
2. The independently developed high-strength PP filter plate is used, and the compression pressure can reach 22MPA.
3. Save the consumption of operating power. In the later stage of filtration, the flow is small and the pressure is high.
4. The working process of membrane pressing consumes very short time, saving power consumption.
5. Increase the density of cake and reduce the water content of cake. The membrane squeezes the filtered filter cake for the second time, so that the internal structure of the filter cake is rearranged and the density is increased, thus replacing part of the water, so that the water content is greatly reduced, the drying cost is saved, and the yield is increased.
6. It has strong corrosion resistance and is basically applicable to all solid-liquid separation operations.
7. It can be configured with PLC and human-computer interface control, and the operation procedure can be adjusted according to the on-site working conditions.
8. Membrane filter plate has good toughness, anti-aging and sealing performance to achieve the purpose of aseptic filtration. The user can also adjust the number of filter plates according to the size of the filter volume to meet the production needs.
9. High pressure dewatering technology is applied in the sludge dewatering industry. The water content of filter cake is reduced to meet the landfill and incineration standards (the water content in different industries varies). Compared with traditional dewatering equipment, the water content of filter cake is greatly reduced; The whole machine can realize fully automatic operation, and is equipped with online filter cloth flushing system and electric control valve instrument to realize unattended operation.
