Description
Manual closing filter press adopts screw jack or manual hydraulic system as pressing device, it has a simple structure, easy operation, no power consumption, economical and practical advantages. It is generally used in filter press with 1-40㎡ filtering area.
1) Feeding pressure 0.6-0.8Mpa.
2) Frame made of high-quality Q345 carbon steel with sandblasting processing， it can be coated with SS304 or 316L for meeting high requirements like food and beverage, chemicals etc.
3) The closing pressure can reach 10-30ton for screw jack, 15-18MPa for manual hydraulic system.
4) It doesn't need the control panel, the entire cycle is zero power consumption.
